RETURNS POLICY
Product Returns Policy
We are confident in the quality of the products stocked at our clinic. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product fails to meet one or more consumer guarantees.

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if the item has a major problem, such as:

A fault that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

The item is unsafe

The item is significantly different from the sample or description

The item doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and it can’t be easily fixed

For minor problems, we may choose to repair the item before offering a refund or replacement.

Please note: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decided you no longer need it. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Product Warranties
The DrGraeme Professional Massage Machine comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the product is found to be faulty, please retain your invoice, as it will be required to make a warranty claim.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions

If your claim is approved, you may choose between a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

All other products sold at our clinic do not come with a manufacturer warranty, but are still covered under Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
