Online Booking Terms
Clients can book online up to 2 hours prior to their appointment time at the Fulham Gardens clinic. Appointments can be booked up to 2 months into the future. For bookings outside of these times, please call us on 0431 314 128.
Corporate Clients may book online up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
Please refer to your booking confirmation email for rescheduling and cancellation instructions.
Online Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of your appointment (Corporate Bookings excepted). Full payment is also required when purchasing vouchers online.
Appointment Changes & Cancellation Policy
t Adelaide Massage Health & Wellness, we value your time and the time of our therapists. As we often operate with waiting lists and provide both in‑clinic and mobile services, late changes can significantly impact our ability to care for other clients.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Changes can be made online or by contacting our clinic directly.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee, in accordance with our booking terms.

No‑Shows

If you do not attend your in‑clinic appointment, or are not present at the agreed location for a mobile service, without prior notice, the full cost of the session may be charged.

Payments & Card on File

To support efficient scheduling and protect our therapists’ time, we may request a card on file at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that applicable cancellation or no‑show fees may be charged in line with this policy.

All charges are applied fairly and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure we remain on schedule for subsequent clients. The full session fee still applies, regardless of the shortened duration.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to begin treatment. Regardless of the treatment duration, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Discounts, Promotions & Vouchers
All discounts and promotional offers are valid only for services booked and performed in-clinic.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including:

Treatment packages

Already-discounted services
Please note: New client discounts do not apply to Lymph Flow Therapy treatments.
Promotional pricing applies only to new bookings made and paid during the promotional period.
Vouchers and discounts hold no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Gift Voucher Terms

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or payment.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including discounts, promotional pricing, or already-discounted services.

Vouchers are valid only for in-clinic services, unless otherwise specified.

Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced.

Vouchers may not be used to purchase other vouchers or retail products unless explicitly stated.
