Don Bergineti's journey into the world of Massage Therapy began at the Australian College of Massage at Norwood. His dedication and commitment to his chosen field were evident in his quest for knowledge and his drive to excel. This was the foundation of his career, the starting point from which he would embark on a journey that would see him touch countless lives, offering relief and comfort to those in need of his skilled hands.
His professional journey began in earnest at Bodyguru Fitness Centre, a bustling massage studio nestled in the heart of Adelaide on Halifax St. It was here that he honed his skills, spending countless hours perfecting his craft. His dedication to his work and his clients was unwavering, and it wasn't long before he built a solid reputation as a skilled and reliable massage therapist. His clientele grew, loyal patrons who appreciated his skill and commitment to their wellbeing.

Yet, for Don, this was just the beginning. He had a vision, a desire to do more for those who sought his help. He wanted to extend his reach, to offer more comprehensive care for his clients. His goals evolved, his ambitions grew, and he knew it was time to take the next step in his professional journey. He decided to venture out on his own, to establish a place where he could offer a more holistic approach to body care and wellness. Thus, 'Adelaide Massage Health & Wellness' was born.
​With more than a decade of experience under his belt, Don is a seasoned professional. His qualifications are extensive, a testament to his dedication and commitment to his profession. He is qualified in Remedial Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, and Frontline Business Management.
But Don's skills extend beyond traditional massage therapy. He is also a Reiki Master & Teacher, trained in the Mikao Usui Method. His approach to wellness is comprehensive, encompassing not just the physical, but also the spiritual. His understanding of the body and its needs is deep and intuitive, and he uses this knowledge to offer a holistic approach to wellness, one that addresses not just the physical symptoms but also the underlying causes.
